WHAT can be returned?

Change of Mind / Non-Faulty Return

We may accept returns of goods if the item(s) meet all the following criteria:

  • The product has not been opened
  • The product is not a special order product
  • The product is returned within 30 business days of purchase and proof of purchase is presented

Faulty Returns or Warranty items:

  • If you believe the item to be faulty, contact us to apply for a return.
  • Once the return has been processed and deemed faulty we will replace and return item to you at no extra cost.
  • If the product is returned to us and no fault is found, we will charge you a service and delivery fee and the item will be returned to you

SHIPPING for returns?
Original shipping rates are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
May be discussed when organising return.

CREDIT for returns?
Once return has been processed and approved, if a refund is requested we will refund the purchase amount (not including postage) to the card that was used for original payment within 7-10 business days after receiving and inspecting the return. Please note that sometimes it may take several days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

Instore return option?
If you live locally to Sale, Victoria you are welcome to return the item to us at 435 Raymond Street, Sale.  We are a part of the A-Z Computers building. Before returning to the store, please ensure you have got approval of return/replacement.

Packing materials?
For any returns that are change of mind or non faulty items original packaging is required.
Any items that are faulty and have been opened and used, we require the item to be returned and packaged securely.
